Disney DAS (Disability Access Service) Breakdown
If you guys are anything like us we have just about had it with all the constant changes in the DAS (Disability Access Service) at Disney.
On Leann’s recent trip we did not really know what to expect from the new changes. Sadly, there is still no consistency in their policy from park to park and it is becoming impossible to know what you will actually get from this service.
Disney as a whole is not to blame for the recent frustration. Unfortunately, a few (although they were becoming many) were abusing the old system and Disney had to make a change.
Although I am sure they took a lot into consideration and sought wisdom from different organizations on how to handle the new system, they are still coming up short.
Despite all the inconsistency and frustration, they have put together a great DAS Fact sheet that I found very helpful.
