The Land of Tomorrowland

Here you enter the land of Tomorrow!

Leann talked to you about a few of the rides in Tomorrowland, today I am going to tell you about my 3 favorite rides in Tomorrowland.

First up, and usually my first ride (besides the tram and monorail), Stitch’s Great Escape!  Now, this ride does not get much love from Disney goers. I honestly can’t imagine someone not liking this.

If you are a fan of Lilo and Stitch at all, you will love this ride. It is a non moving amphitheater style seating ride. It puts you through the illusion that you are part of the team catching bad monsters, and of course Stitch is the highest level of badness….a level 5!!!

Naturally he breaks out of his cell and causes havoc on the the audience and the facility you are in. It does get pitch black in several parts, so keep your little ones close and if they are afraid of the dark, maybe wait a year or two on this ride.

It is definitely a MUST DO in my book.

Next up is the Carousel of Progress. This ride is kind of tucked into the background of Tomorrowland and can be easily missed. The good thing is because if size, you normally do not have to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes.

The circular center stage is divided into six equal scenes, surrounded by six 240-seat audience sections which revolve from one to the next and lasts about 20 minutes long. This is a great cool off and rest your feet ride as it is entirely inside and air conditioned.

The plot of the show is a family going through progress of life and how much the world has changed each era. It is a little outdated and due for some upgrades and updates. It is not one to overlook and I assure you that you and your family with love it and be singing the song for weeks after your visit.

Also, right outside of the que, you can often find Stitch posing for pictures. He is a ton of fun.

Last ride I am going to tell you about it the Monsters Inc Laugh Floor. This ride is held across the street from Stitch’s Great Escape in a big movie theatre style room.

This is also a great cool off indoor ride/show. The best part is that it is interactive. The monsters on the screen will have you cracking up the whole time with wholesome and funny jokes. You can even text your own joke pre-show into them.

Start thinking ahead of time what you may want to send them and then text the joke while standing in line (they will prompt you and tell you the number while in line). You just may have your joke told to everyone!  This is a fun time the entire family will enjoy.

Well, that’s all for today. What is your favorite or MUST DO ride in Tomorrowland?  Tell us all about it below and don’t forget to check out our video this week linked below. We get a little silly and Leann even talks about Chippendales?!

Have a Magical Weekend!
