Main Street USA

“We’re walking right down the middle of Main Street, USA!”

Today I am going to tell you all about the shops on Main Street. Besides the breathtaking view of Cinderella’s castle, Main Street has many shops and cafes to keep you busy for a while.

Now, we, The Lemons Sisters recommend grabbing maybe a snack from here in the morning or during the day, but wait to make those big purchases till the end of the night so that you aren’t carrying bags through the rides all day long.

Let’s get right into it. Now, you can go anytime to Disney’s main website and pull up a current map of the Magic Kingdom and it will give you a list of all the shops on Main Street. I am going to hit some of my favorites and ones you have to go to today.

Most recent change and the one I am looking forward to the most is the new Main Street Bakery is now a Starbucks!  For all you coffee lovers like me out there this is a HUGE new edition.

They have kept the the decor in the same style as the old bakery but with a few Starbucks changes. You can also still get some of your old favorite bakery things there as well.

Next up is the Crystal Palace. This a a favorite place for many to eat for breakfast because it is a Character Dining Spot. You want to make your reservations for this place well in advance from your trip.

It offers many of the classic characters of Winnie the Pooh and more as you and your family dine. It is a beautiful first stop on your day of fun.

The shops you pass along the way have every souvenir you could possible imagine in them. The Emporium is one of the biggest and best to hit for all those souvenirs for your loved ones back home.

Looking for your personalized set of Mickey ears? Head over to The Chapeau, there you can get your very own monogrammed Mickey Ears.  This is a must, at least once in your life. Some of the other streets you can hit are places like Crystal Arts, Main Street Gallery, Uptown Jewelers, Main Street Cinema, and Disney Clothiers.

Last but not least, it just wouldn’t be a blog without mentioning Casey’s Corner. This place takes you back in time and gives you that old baseball concessions feel. From Cracker Jacks, to hot dogs and nachos, they have a little bit of everything you would find at the ballparks with a little extra Disney magic too.

Let us know what your favorite or must do shop is on Main Street.  Send us some pictures of you and your family with the famous baseball player statue outside of Casey’s. That is a picture we get every time with our family.

That’s all for today. Have a magical weekend everyone!
