Planes: Fire & Rescue | My review
I give this an 8 and a big thumbs up. Ok, ok, I guess you were looking for a little more detail. Well, just wait cause you are so going to get it.
To do a fair review of the sequel to Planes we have to first talk about the first Planes. I feel that Planes didn’t get a real fair shake out the gate.

The first movie was a delight. We even rewatched it before going to see the sequel and forgot how good it was. But unfortunately Tim and I were the only ones who thought that.
I’m not sure if it was because the rest of the family were sleepy and needed a nap or they just weren’t that into it. We loved it though!
Planes: Fire & Rescue is in the same cute vein as the first one. There are some old and new characters that will steal your heart.
Of course our hero Dust Crophopper is the star of the show. He is surrounded by lots of his friends from Propwash Junction.
We are also introduced to alot of new faces that are in the fire & rescue field. This movie will be a great treat for all those children who are into fire trucks and really any type of vehicles.
One of the things that I found myself in awe of the Disney magic was the amazing way that they take normal objects and put them into this vehicle based world. They are just so clever!
More than anything else I loved the moral of the story. There were several lessons to be learned including how first responders put their lives on the line for others.
Which is the main lesson to be learned was to put others first. It was resounded throughout the whole movie. What a great lesson to teach our children. As a parent I am thankful for that in a me first world.
In my opinion it is a must see movie! I would recommend seeing Planes first and then go to the theater to experience Planes: Fire & Rescue. It has great effects that you don’t want to miss!
Well till next week have a magical day!
